The standard version of the Stock Master is a weighing solution with fixed geometry, designed to suit specific container sizes. The standard solution is designed to verify pick accuracy in a warehouse or e-commerce order fulfilment environment. Each container location can accommodate a plastic tote or order shipping carton, and each container location is individually weighed. The weight information for each item placed into the container is captured by the system, and the pick and order accuracy can be monitored in real time. This is usually achieved by barcode scanning; however the Stock Master will verify that the items have been physically placed into the right order location, without the need to pick up a barcode scanner.
