At the Smart Industry conference, our Marijan Sever presented the most common mistakes in implementing digitalization.
In his lecture, he stated that the mistakes are in the implementation of digitalization itself, because companies in Croatia don’t know what they are doing. By this, he means that the strategy developed at the top is not communicated throughout the entire organization.
Errors are also found in the fact that companies are not focused on transformation and fail to redefine roles and create new ones.
Additionally, there are social and technological challenges and, surprisingly, an excessive excitement about technology.
