MES or FENA?
Both systems manage production operations, albeit at different levels. AIDA MES coordinates the entire process: it schedules tasks, tracks material flow, and communicates with the ERP system.
AIDA FENA controls individual machines, robots, and cells, sends recipes, and tracks each part through the production process. In more complex environments, they work together: MES defines what needs to be done, and FENA executes it at the machine level.
