The quality of CODEL d.o.o. has been recognized by the institutions of the European Union, which support our project entitled:
“CODEL – Introduction of Digital Solutions into Business for the Purpose of Digital Transformation” (NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I3.01.0250)
The project was approved as part of the “Grants for Digitization” (NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I3.01) call, with the goal of introducing new digital solutions into operations by investing in digital tools and building the digital capacities of employees, in order to improve production processes, business and organizational practices by optimizing, transforming, and digitizing business processes with the goal of implementing a digital transformation, which involves changing the existing business model, and will result in increased efficiency and productivity, strengthening the company’s market position and consequently increasing sales revenue.
Specifically, the successful implementation of the project will lead to (among other things):
- Growth in sales revenue.
- Preservation of existing jobs along with a plan to create new ones.
- Business process optimization.
- Reducing business costs.
- Increasing resource efficiency.
- Improvements in product quality.
- Better customer relations.
- Shortening delivery times.
TOTAL PROJECT VALUE: 206,052.17 EUR
EU CO-FINANCING OF THE PROJECT: 90,662.95 EUR
