The quality of Codel d.o.o. has been recognized by the institutions of the European Union, which support our project entitled:
Certification for the Growth of Codel d.o.o.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Structural and Investment Funds for the 2014–2020 financial period, specifically from the European Regional Development Fund, through the call “Implementation of a Business Process and Quality Management System (ISO and similar standards)”. The project was approved to improve business operations and strengthen the company’s capacity by implementing internationally recognized standards, all in order to achieve the defined goals. Specifically, through this investment, the company Codel has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards. The goal is to increase its own competitiveness, thereby creating the prerequisites for growth in the physical volume of work, which will generate the need to retain existing and create new jobs, along with revenue growth. Specifically, the successful implementation of this project will lead to (among other things):
- Growth in sales revenue.
- Realization of export revenue.
- Preserving existing jobs and creating new ones.
- Optimization of 9 business processes.
- Increases in productivity.
- The company will gain the prerequisites to enter 6 new markets.
- Documentation management and maintenance will be transparent and high-quality, thereby reducing operational costs, eliminating the possibility of human error, and ensuring a succession plan.
The total value of the project is 429,250.00 HRK, of which 244,658.00 HRK is a grant.
The project implementation period is from July 10, 2019 to July 10, 2020.
